Cancellation Policy

Note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the delivery date for defective or damaged items. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund or exchange to the original payment method if eligible.
