Wonderfully Wyrd Shipping Policy
At Wonderfully Wyrd, we are committed to ensuring your magical tools and treasures reach you safely and in a timely manner. Below is our detailed shipping policy to help you better understand the process:
Delivery Time Frame
The delivery process is divided into two parts:
Processing Time: 3-5 business days.
Shipping Time: 10-15 business days.
During high-demand seasons or sales, delivery times may extend slightly.
Customs and Import Duties
Your package may be subject to customs fees or import duties based on your country’s regulations. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred. Wonderfully Wyrd cannot determine these fees during checkout.
Please do not refuse a package due to customs or tax charges. Refused packages cannot be returned to us unless these fees are paid, and as a result, the package may be abandoned at customs. Unfortunately, this means we won’t be able to offer a refund in such cases.
Incorrect or Missing Address Information
For orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship your order, but additional shipping charges will apply.

You will receive an automatic tracking code via email a few days after placing your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update.

Split Shipments
Please note that your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive a tracking number for each separate package.
